Final Project- Doorways

For this project I took a couple of days trips and a side trip. You may recognize a few of the doorways in Disneyland. Of note is the first photo which is Club 33 a private member club. It's the ambition of my oldest son to belong to this club.

I think this photo is probably my favorite.  It was taken in Death Valley at a nifty old hotel.

I love these last photos.  I like the contradiction of the new and clean glass with the peeling paint on the walls.I guess I also wanted you to know that I took the shadowed pictures on purpose.  I like the different shades of awkward blues and the idea that the occupants live in light and shadow.

This last photo is an Opera House in Armagosa Nevada.  I tried cropping the top to get rid of the cords but found that the photo needed them in order to tell the abandoned story.
